  1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Custom-made or personalised jewelry
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance
  • Gift cards

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Failure to notify within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For international returns:

  • Customs duties and original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs compliance
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days and place a new order separately.
